Where can I see if Nanmu is available for me, and how long does it recharge or how does it work in general?

Nanmu doesn't recharge. You get one per round and when you use it you can't use it again until a new round. Use your nanmu wisely

When you hit lvl 15 you are eligible to become a full fledged guardian!
To become a guardian you have to defeat all the opponents in training mode 3 times consecutively.
Once you've successfully done that you will find a Guardian's Gem in your inventory under Game Item then License.
Now every round you're able to trigger a Nanmu one and only one time.

To trigger the Nanmu skill you press the Skill A button.
To complete a Nanmu right after you press the Skill A button you have to press the Punch button continuously to complete the combo. Usually people spam it to ensure the combo finishes. Sometimes they end their Nanmu combo early by no longer pressing the punch button. Another strategy is to trigger the skill to escape. :D

It's like panic attack. You can use it only once in every round.

Well technically.. If your a lower level than 15 u automatically get 2 panics and if you buy a double panic from the store then you have 3 panics.

.... That could actually be a nice thing to see added.
Remove the extra panics altogether, and replace the system with a CLEARLY VISIBLE meter that lets you know you have access to a panic and Nanmu. Perhaps one would only have access to either one or the other at a time, which eliminates any possibility of Panic Breaking. It would also mean one can't just spam panics to get out of a situation such as being predicted due to the opponent knowing when people normally panic vs. their scroll. Of course, the amount of time for the recharge would be the hardest part to balance. Too quick, and people will start spamming Nanmu's; too slow and it basically eliminates those options altogether. Not to mention, it would make getting Advance juggles even more difficult since you'd have to a) not use your panic beforehand, and b) land the advance almost immediately after baiting out a panic. I suppose it would definitely raise the skill floor and ceiling, though, since you'd be able to CLEARLY SEE YOUR OPPONENT HAS A PANIC/NANMU AVAILABLE and they could see yours.

... ah, but what am I saying. This is Nimonix we're talking about. They'd never take such a risk. They'll just stick to the safe thing of adding more and more human RC junk to the already cluttered mess of a game we have, alongside more and more gambling tokens. Tsk, they can't even make a male counterpart to the Android for the players to use, so I can't expect them to do anything too crazy. *sigh*
