For some reason, my loyalty in deserted village in tibet and naxien / xuexia in icy got reset to zero. Do anyone else have this issue? I'm really mad since i was gathering materials for crafting a long time, and now most likely one of the latest patches destroyed all of my planning. I won't spend another several months or several hundred million of gold to max those loyalty lvls again...
If you had Loyalty 1000 and donated more items it will reset. If not, just send ticket to our customer “friendly” support.
Are you still experiencing this issue? Sometimes this will simply be a visual bug in which restarting your client/computer will solve. If you still continue to experience this issue, feel free to send us a support ticket so we may gather more information.
Ok I will donate more items and see what happened. If it gets to 0 will you make it 1000 again?! I worked hard to make it 1000 and was afraid to try it myself, but with NineArts to back it up I will do it I will post result here anyway...
NineArts was right for this one. I couldn’t add more contibution above 1000 . I am still waiting for that Sorcerror Jewel Treasure Box in SRS to drop... I think it was copy/paste announcement typo.
