Because this scroll was made the way that it is made. If you don't like getting smacked/owned by it then run away from it and do not fight said person using that scroll. rumble fighter is one of those games that would appeal to a very select few. The game isn't quite big enough for steam I'd say. But getting rumble fighter to steam is definitely the ultimate goal for its future

 

Developers aka Nimonix probably failed to make contact with Steam so it flopped

 

seriously if rf got on steam i believe rf would grow bigger. i think its nimonix's downfall that its not on there now.
