Ive tried Chrome Internet Explorer and Firefox. Ive also tried direct download thats alrdy in the forums and the redfox game setup one. Anyone help an old player out?

Aang221, you need to install the network adapter drivers from your manufacturer's website: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers If you have problems with that, let me know.
hello i download the link and i opened it and there was an error message : could not load unicows.dll? i have a dell windows 8.1 any help would be great
I figured out the problem, go to the redfox downloader and start the download again it will download the rest of the files including unicows.dll it will likely say it's already installed but say yes regardless, that should fix your problem it worked for me.
