How to get 2x/5x exp cards

Hello!

I see people are buying 2x and 5x experience cards. I've been wondering how you can buy the tradeable cards. The quest ones aren't tradeable, the daily reward ones aren't either. I can't find them on the IM either.

So how do people actually get them?

 

They come from event boxes that people bought through item mall with real money.

 

How often are these events?

 

So the event boxes are still up if you go to item mall you can click on info and it tells you what items you can get from those boxes.
