I know that weird but after patch I can not change epithet, thats really frustrated. I have sent ticket to GM, not sure when they will be able to fix it. Meanwhile you guys can follow my steps to change your epithet 1. move your C window close to your bags as the picture 2. Click epithet 3. Turn off you bags display 4. Now you are able to change your Epithet normally
the inventory currently interferes with the character window, as long as you keep your inventory closed for any interaction with the character window you will be fine.
