how it works Physical Critical Rate ?

I got it in a weap, but I do not understand how it works.
to PVE or PVP?

AFAIK this is my knowledge about the 2 options u mention.

- Physical Critical Rate : It will increase your critical rate. For example : Your critical rate is 1000/10000, it means you have 1000 critical hit in 10000 hits.

- Physical Attack Balance : This option will increase the chance you hit the maximum dmg. For example : Your dmg is 9000-11000, then this option will increase the chance you hit 11000 dmg.
