How good are the rates for ninja box?

so i would like the shadow fighting ninja scroll from the ninja box (Don't know the actual name of the scroll) so i was wondering if anyone has opened them and gotten anything good so far? would you say rates are good/bad based on you're experience of opening these boxes recently
