It appears that whenever I start the game, the loading screen appears but then crashes abruptly. Additionally, after the launcher updates and the login screen appears, it alters the screen size, which remains unchanged until I finish logging in.
Do you have any antivirus software installed on your PC? Have you been able to play the game on your PC before?
