I know the two lists of scroll tiers, but they're both about the overall abilities of the scroll. What I'm interested in is what scroll can dish out the most damage in the least amount of time to, for example, D-H-08 boss.
Rage Asura Whitefang Redemption zin tkd... The fast hitting scrolls with 5 hits or more. It doesnt rly matter when youre doing a dh8. 3 sec more... 3 sec less.
Rage didn't really feel like it hit more than Kingpin. The D-H-08 was just an example so people wouldn't go "damage isn't everything, there's also recovery and counters" etc. I'm just interested in the one with the highest possible DPS.
