Healer masteries and their worth?

    Are these Healer Masteries worth adding points into for PvE and/or PvP? How much actual gameplay "Quality of Life" do they add? Additionally, how much size does the range mastery for traps add? How much damage does Targetting add? or are they negligible?

    Targeting
    - Increases damage when used on a target while in a party. How long does this debuff last? and how much damage increase does it give?
    Expanded Formation Installation Area - Increases the distance wich formations can be installed by 10/10 steps. c1
    Expanded Formation Effects - Increases the radius of formation effects by 2/10 steps. c1
    Increased Number of Allowed Formations - Increases the number of formations that can be installed by 1. c1
    Encouragement - Increases party member's accuracy.
    Dodge - Physical/Chi Kung - Increases party member's dodge.
    Projected Soul 1 Critical Damage mitigation shield skill duration - Increases PS1 buff by 10 seconds (It's 40 seconds duration 15 min cooldown base.) c2
    Increase effect of 3 sec HP Heal - Increase healing effect by 5. (typo? missing zero? percent?) (This one I'm doubting it's worth adding, but if anyone has tested and is otherwise..) c1

    Targeting is worth taking really helpful together with def trap, only negative is you have to be in a party for it to work. On itself it adds maybe 1% more damage per active, and in combination with def trap (depending on c lvl and of course on how much total dmg you have) 2-3% extra.
    Expanded Formation Installation Area is worth since you can't lay traps that close to eachother now you can lay atleast 2 traps without having to move away from where you're standing.
    Expanded Formation Effects bigger area hits more mobs, not really neceassary to have if you don't grind in groups on the same mobs.
    Increased Number of Allowed Formations, the more formations you can lay the easier it is to lvl them up.
    Encouragement adds like the same amount of damage ass targeting.
    Dodge Phy/Chi, I've never used you'll mostly just use the evade and dodge trap.
    Healing increase is not worth at all if you're not helping players that are CS or lower.
