   NineArts, What's the purpose of Report on forum then? Why do I have to bother with writing support ticket to do moderation of forum as player? What the hack do you suppose the customer to do your job, rather than Report on forum?
   
   Now, you make me wonder how you'd become Community Manger with such attitude.
