Try to Reset the quest and then you can do that specific quest again. I think it´s that you have to kill the 5 monks and when you go trough to the gate other players kill your monks. Only solution is that you wait like others are doing (trying to kill other people monks) or you reset the quest so many times. That there is nobody camping in the gate entrance.
