    hello sir,

    could you just confirm not only for me but for the whole community that if you have like 2 accounts which all 2 have a nickname changer that they could switch IGN's.
    I just want a confirmation because back in OGP you could do it if you helpdesked it.

    These questions can be answered through the help desk. I hope the GMs do not enable users to spam the forums with questions expecting a faster response.

    why on earth should I send a ticket which will be answered in like 2 weeks? LOL
    then again hd is there to solve issues not to answer questions like that ;comeon

    What if theres an IGN that is not taken anymore? Like let's say tomorrow I change my name to Example would someone be able to take the IGN Joshua ?

    Help desk can probably help you take an IGN that's not used, but they won't help you switch names. It's too messy.

    Edit: Messy and due to security reasons.

    the hell messy and security reasons?
    I know everything about this game & I can tell you that that swapping IGN's has nothing to do with messy and security reasons, but okay.
    Sorry Gourdy but that's pretty lame if you ask me, OGPlanet offered you these kind of stuff.However I don't know about GamesCampus but since OGPlanet allowed it why wouldn't you guys JUST do it TOO?
    I mean their helpdesk used the same software as you guys to get the IGN's swapped and TBH they didn't see any messy or security reasons, as long as you had nickname changers in BOTH accounts.
    HOW COME YA GUYS CHANGED THE RULES OUT OF NOTHING?
    I'm done with your guys, have fun moderating this game

    I'm sorry if you are discontent with our service, but we are neither OGPlanet nor are we GamesCampus, so not abiding by their rules doesn't necessarily mean we changed our rules.
