I looked deeper into my inventory and saw "random scroll chest" or something like that

that's the box you should be looking for

 

It's "Event Scroll Box" the title is pretty clear, it just looks like a random scroll box you would get from a daily quest.

 

its not giving me the box at all if i log out it clears the letters with out me ever getting a box

 

since the rates are super super super low, this has potential to be a permanent feature for the game

instead of Black Friday, we could spell "Rumble Fighter" instead, and we get that chance for premium cash shop skill items.

this could also be a big win for Free-to-play players, since it will compliment the golden ticket system where it's extremely hard to collect all 5

Since the carat black friday boxes it's a lot easier. I bought 1 for 8k and got a 7 day white cheshire. With the exp gain it's easy to farm for bonus gifts. I've received at least 10 golden tickets per day from bonus gifts.
