A long time ago the dark guardians created a disease that would cause havoc to the Rumble fighters. People who have weak immune systems had fallen to despair and turned into a ghastly Gorgon. While people who have a stronger immune system, survived and moved to a far away island called "Moonlight Valley". Soon new born babies quickly developed supernatural powers called "Gimp". The horrendous plan quickly ended and backfired on the dark guardians. People who wield this scroll will be unstoppable, having the power of a Raijin.
