cant craft boffm?

not sure if I'm missing something, figuratively, or literally, but i have the bof and all 10 Summer items needed, but the f11 window states 0/1 for the bof, what gives? is my item bugged? i tried relogging, changing characters and everything, still no dice. If I'm missing something obvious, yikes sorry.
help?

 

Does the BOF have sealed stats rolled on it?

 

i dont think so, no. all the rolls shown on it are identical to the bof needed in the crafting window

 

Well the BOF shouldn't be able to have any sealed stats on it that's why I was wondering. I don't know why you wouldn't be able to uprade it then.

 

you think i should post in bug reports? maybe a gm can help...or something lol idk what to do
