Can i like just get my account like geesh

after multiple tickets ive recieved unguideful help in which at first the redfox website refused to send me a confirmation email in which i had to use a new email, when the redfox website finally starts to work i recieve this error as soon as i put in my gamescampus info , anybody have this issue and or a resolution to this ?

 

Have you tried doing this on a PC? I've received the same error once in a while trying to log in on the site, but it works after a few tries.

 

yea i tried it on pc then seperate laptops/phones to no avail sadly

 

That's weird, but try using a different browser on your PC.

 

Don't give up yet, try another time. They are pretty busy at the moment with all the commotion some players are causing.

tried on a few different browsers but still doesnt seem to work.

ill try to wait a few more days since i cannot rely on help desk tickets but in a few days my account will be gone sadly in the case that this website continues the errors.

 

Have you tried asking a relative or someone you 100% trust to do the transfer for you?

i have but it also does not work oddly enough, i even had them make differemt accounts with different emails
