For pve, you want to max wis - dex for bracers and rest con. Because nukers don´t have an active, their attacks are very slow - and therefore it means a great deal to reduce the amounts of nukes you need per mob - going from 3 nukes to 2 nukes per mob, is 33% faster grind speed. At higher level, the dmg added from wis is less important. You don´t need alot of dex really to have decent hitratio on red mobs. I´ve been tanking elephants in icy with 250 wis, rest dex at SM and tibet hermit mobs when my nuker was GB without annoyingly many misses.
