Bag's greeyed out

Sorry for posting this again, cant find the old thread.

i got 5 bags from getting the deco + 2 bags a while back from a friend
totally forgot that its only 30 days or what, and logged out whit 5 full bags
now 2 of them are greyed out

 

means you cant access the stuff in those bags unless you get 2 new bags - either event ones or from IM

 

yes...i dont suppose gm can be asked to fix it?

My friend, this is 100% a bug, no mater how u look at it.

 

You can try fabricate reason for it being a bug, but it´s not. Your storage contract expired, so you dont have access to your storage. Simple as that.
Renew the bags and you can get access to the items again.
