Are there any items that trigger a crash?

    I have found that if I click the Vicious helm I tend to crash (this happens in the shop and also in my inventory), does this happen to anyone else and is there any other known items that cause a crash if clicked?

    using a third panic [after lvl 15] can make you crash. This can be done cause there is 1. your regular panic 2. Fire panic. 3. another fire panic [cause there is two different items due to the description punctuation, one has a "." at the end, the other doesn't]

    probably your graphic card causing an overload
    are you able to see in dh08?

    I can see fine in all of the Boss maps, it also seems that I have stopped crashing when I click the Vicious helm
