Any experienced GC player that can answer few questions about weapon skills?

Hi,
Can someone say me how this weapons with skills are made?
I saw some Screenshot of them, seems any PS+ weapon can be made into this "skilled version"...like PS and IM weapons, but how (maybe like heaven upgrade?).
Are the skills all different from weapon to weapon? For example, sword or pole have same skill effect or different ones?

Each weapon have own skills and diff hitt!!! is the best pvp ever belive me!!

You can make those weapons with skills by assembling the version of the same weapons without skills in Hefei. To do so you need East/West Temples drops (if I'm not mistaken) and also some luck (although, I've heard that KR version has better success rates than GC's version.
All weapons have the same skill, which means that IM pole has the same skill as IM saber and HG gloves has the same skill as HG sword, I believe.

Can I have more than 1 weapon skill? You said about buff...so some skill is a buff too?
Are PS weapon skills different from IM (or other) weapon skills?

 

Just one skill per weapon. It can be a buff or a smash/nuke...

 

u can have 3 weapons per Char!!

You have the example for 1 weapon if you keep assemble to another level it adds the skills with the weapon stat.
You can use only 1 skill at the same time.
I haven't made a guide for weapon skill, I will if I can log on GC before server closure.

 

You can actually have more than 3 weapons per char xD but you can only equip 2 at the same time. Therefore you can have 2 of those special skills in the skill bar ready to use

I remember that HG dusk weapons give a smash/nuke and the damage depends on the refinement lvl. HG rising weapons give a buff, which increases crit rate and other stats, that I can't remember.
Not sure about the other weapons, so I won't mention them...
