Lol you kidding? Youre better than most people who claim to be artists, myself included.
You actually finish things and that's way more than I can say for most things I do.
For every person trying to improve there will be those there just to **** with you. Ignore them and keep doing the voodoo you do.

You shouldn't let others' negativity stop you from doing something you enjoy/like/want to do (you know unless it's like killing a person or stealing).

No point in dwelling over comments that aren't constructive or helpful in any way. Don't take those to heart, they mean absolutely nothing. or use it to fuel your passion to draw. /shrug

No, your art is pretty good, and even if your work is considered bad by many, you should continue making art, only way to improve is to keep making art and getting practice.
