I was in Hefei when game crashed on me. When I tried to login, once I enter game I got disconnected due to error 183. Now whenever I try to login, same thing happens but with error 10053 or 10054 Other character in same account can login and play without a problem. Different account is fine as well. Seems it has something to do specifically with that character or Hefei. Any help please? I can't play...
I am having the same problem everytime i log in its kicks me out with 183 error. One thing we do have in common we are both in Hefei. So maybe the problem is Hefei? Dunno but can't play here Either
Digging around forums I found a couple of threads having same problem and all of them have something in common, being in Hefei when they logged off. So I guess it has something to do with logging off in Hefei.
I had same problem and the solution is : log with another character and after that log with the bugged one. To prevent the bugg log off at less crowded areas, for example DG1. Hope i helped
Nope logged in with alt from same account in bamboo works perfectly then when to change character thats in Hefei and disconnects with 183 error still? or do i have to completely restart the logg in process
Look it worked out of sudden for me. So I think it has something with popularity in Hefei. Either keep trying and hope to get it or wait till server maintenance and login directly after when server is empty.
still the same not been able to play all weekend. So its got to be hefei then i think redfox needs to look into the map and see why this is happening.
WTF! Now happened again and I didn't even log off. All I did was to use Courier's guild to teleport to center of Hefei when that error appeared again. That's really unbelievable!
i was playing the new alt in bamboo and someone said in chat Hefei is Broken? Also I have tried logging in on a different computer and its still the same for the hefei char
To fix it just ignore the message with adding to the duel list , do nothing to it , just let it be. During that time just run to your clan base or nn or wherever. The bug will be fixed.
Nope your fix above did not work it doesnt even give time to start running. Getting a frustrating now but i can play on my new alt Char till this gets fixed? thanks for the Ticket Levistian.
I am also having this issue. Usually it just happens a couple of times but now it's happened about 7 times then I gave up. Just like those above, my toon is in Hefei. I logged on another account on a different computer in Hefei and she's logged in fine. It's frustrating and I hope it gets fixed soon.
Forget about the ticket guys, their reply with more than trivial and traditional. As usual, they told me the problem with my internet lol. Like my internet hangs only in Hefei or something. -,-
