    To create OP deco, we need 255 "Yellow Dragon Seals".
    Should I buy the "Yellow Dragon Bag" from "Item Mall"?
    Or should I simply buy "Yellow Dragon Bag" from Hefei?

    I bought some yesterday (95 bags) but used only 87 of them. You can be lucky and average 2 seals per bag. If you are unlucky and only get 1seal per bag you need to buy 7x35. So if you can buy seals from players that can save you some $$

    How did people get a lot of seals in Hefei?

    They either farmed seal from furious or bought material bags in kl herb village
