Wow, 10AM and 5PM PST. A lot of people work 9AM-5PM and often take some time to get home, great idea putting two of the times at inconvenient times for people with working lives.
you got it wrong. It's 1PM EST, 8PM EST, and 1AM EST. It's okay, I was tired when I saw the post last night and somehow got 7AM as well, but I quickly realized I used the converter wrong lol
10am pst is 1pm est not 7am est. But I'm confused. On this event because I logged in at 1pm est and it's 1:15 est now and I still haven't gotten my 2024 black friday box. Am I doing something wrong, or does it take a second to register in your inventory?
did you START to log in at 1 or were you already on? You're supposed to already be on when the clock hits 1 if you want to get the gifts. Since you were on during the 15 minute grace period, you can send a ticket to get what you missed.
Oh man, I didn't know you were suppose to already be on I got off at 12:59 thinking that you have to log in at 1 like other games I play. Dam I didn't know you had to stay on because i would have stayed on. I'm a returning player and i never did this event before so i didn't know :/
Yeah I totally feel stupid now because had I known you have to stay online at 1pm, I would have stayed logged in at that time and not log out and log in back at 1pm. Is there any way I can still receive the item because I misunderstood the details of the event.

This is the first Happy Hour that we've modified the times. Could you let us know what you think are more appropriate times? Based on our players online data, players are most active around 4-7pm pacific time. No worries. You can submit a ticket for the missed item and we'll be able to get you it.

The laid-out schedule is great and everything - and I hate going with the times and raining on parades - but are the pictures... off-putting for "that" reason? Like, there couldn't have even been a clean up...?
Most of these prizes that aren't boxes are also very lame. Like angel wings, guns, timed stuff? Are the gems even +2 when given out? I think we'd all rather get stuff like Carat coupons (2000 or more) Medal coupons (500 or more) Cheap RC items like a Jawbone Mask Fair, Master, or Fortune Enchant cards Cheshire Cats or some other EXP boost for people wanting to get to level 25 Some minor rare permanent items like eyes, hair, etc Those would all be better than stuff like Angel Wings that you can get in daily boxes, or timed rares that go away after three days

I'll address your concerns point by point. - I am not sure if it's possible to "skip" certain weekdays of the week, but it can make the event a bit complex. - The same rewards per week may be a bit broken depending on the kind of item per week. We may see if we can revise it to do for example... "Enchantment Tuesdays" (enchant item day) or "Sunny Sundays" (item box weekend). - More time slots per day will most likely be possible as the same event was implemented under KR, which would require their support as well. Since our Rumble Fighter game service primarily services North America & Europe, that is why the 10AM slot was introduced as it is typically 7PM CET time. Those in European regions may find it difficult to be available for the 10PM slot, as it would be early up in the morning for them as well. Yeah it could use a little tidy up. We're using a new calendar display format, but I would love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve this kind of display. Gemstones are +1 when given out. Since it is not possible to "force" give a specific level gemstone through the gift box, this is a limitation. Machine Guns is a popular item and it is difficult to sustain enough medals as they require 450 per stack of 90. It was a popular request to make them more accessible, therefore they were pitched by our team for this new Happy Hour. Timed scrolls allow players to try and utilize the newer scrolls as well. In the future, we will keep in mind of your suggestions of item types to use.
If each individual time slot is meant to be for different time zones, you have another issue than that some items **** and some items are good. For example: 01/11/2026 10:00 - Mystery Box Red 17:00 - Angel Wings [10 Use] 22:00 - Black Friday Box (Blue) Like yesterday. Angel Wings are literally something you can get out of a Daily Quest Reward box, whereas Mystery Box Red and Black Friday Boxes at least offer the chance of something better. My suggestion than is if you intended each timeslot to be accommodating for different timezones is instead of one item per timeslot, offer the entire package of items of a day to anyone logging in at the times, but only once per character. So for example, in the one I posted just above, logging in at 10AM will get you the Mystery Box Red, Angel Wings, and Black Friday Box (Blue) all at once. But logging in again at 5PM and 10PM won't get you anything else. That way people who have jobs or are unable to meet all the hours can still get all the rewards without feeling like they were stuck with a crappy timeslot that got items they didn't really want. If you can't spawn Gemstones as +2, I understand if that's a technical limitation. People get medals from Daily Quest Reward boxes, I'm not sure how difficult it actually is to sustain Machine Guns if you're not actively saving the medals up for a certain piece of equipment. That's not to mention D-H-08 Normal is a relatively easy boss mode to spam. Most of the timed scrolls are rares that people aren't going to be able access easily unless your goal is to get them to buy boxes. I mean they're not terrible items but compared to more permanent things like gems or boxes that could have permanent items inside, it feels a little underwhelming. I think all of this would be fixed by just giving all the items of one day to anyone logging in at the time slots you had, but only once per account.
I made a previous post in the Christmas Spenders thread. But for the general feedback, instead of doing it EVERY day, maybe do it only on weekends when people have more time, and one or two weekdays for people who work weekends And instead of rewards different each day, have the same rewards each week so there's less feeling like you missed a chance to get something. And also have more slots per day- maybe 4. I get 5PM might be needed for the 4-7PM peak. But a lot of people literally cannot do the 10AM one because they have work or school and you typically can't play games at work or at school. And while the 5PM is a peak time, it's also a time that's not possible for some people because as I said, a lot of people work 9-5 and take time to get home. So maybe offer 4 time slots a day, 10PM is fine, but maybe have one a little earlier and one a little after instead. So like maybe 8PM and 11PM or something.
