    Bloody Cape
    How to Max your Bloody Cape Stats.
    Bloody cape has Tier 1 to Tier 5 .
    Example:The RedSparrowBloodyCape Tier 5 max has 450dmg and 30% crit def.
    (see screenshot below)
    How to get Tier 5 if you have tier 1-4 ? Go to Beggar (where u do refine), click craft page 25/28.
    It will give you a Bloody Cape Box, then open it.
    Redo the process until you get a T5 cape.
    Once you get the T5 cape the next step is to add an ability to your Bloody Cape, which you do at the Beggar aswell. Using Fahrenheit Jade will give you an extra stat on your cape.
    The main goal is to get either [Crit Dmg 5%] or [Crit hit Def 5%].
    Incase you got trash stats , You have to reroll your Cape until you get 30% crit def again and try to add either [Crit Dmg 5%] or [Crit hit Def 5%].
    When your cape has reached maxed out stats you can finally start refining it.

    Sidenote: As of now those capes can't be penetrated, combined or enchanted above 120%.
