Important Notice: Battle Point Boosting and Permanent Ban Policy
As previously announced, any player found abusing or artificially boosting Battle Points may be permanently banned.

At the end of this month, we will review each participant’s average match duration, the number of unique opponents faced, and other relevant gameplay records. Any activity determined to be unreasonable, manipulated, or intended to artificially increase Battle Points may result in a permanent account ban and removal from the event rankings and rewards.

Players who participated in boosting or other improper activity are strongly advised to contact us before enforcement action is taken. Players who voluntarily report their involvement in advance may be excluded from the event rewards instead of receiving a permanent ban.

Once a permanent ban has been issued, no disputes, appeals, or excuses regarding this matter will be accepted.

Please remember that, as announced, RedFox has implemented significantly stricter enforcement policies beginning in 2026. All players are expected to participate fairly and responsibly.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Notice Regarding Battle Point Boosting

    Effective July 15, 2026

Beginning today July 15, 2026, using private rooms, alternate accounts, or coordinated matches to artificially increase Battle Points will be considered an abuse of the ranking system.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Repeatedly playing against alternate accounts or cooperating players
    • Intentionally exchanging or transferring wins
    • Using one-round matches primarily to farm Battle Points
    • Coordinating private matches solely to manipulate Battle Point rankings
We will review match records and account activity when suspicious boosting patterns are reported or detected. Players confirmed to have participated in Battle Point boosting after this policy takes effect may be subject to the removal or reset of their Battle Points, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Simply playing in a private room or selecting a one-round match is not automatically a violation. However, repeatedly using these features for the primary purpose of artificially increasing Battle Points or manipulating the rankings may result in disciplinary action.

Activity that occurred before July 15, 2026, will not be penalized under this new policy. However, continued boosting activity after the effective date may result in action against all participating accounts.

Please compete fairly and use the Battle Point system as intended.

Feedback Regarding the Battle Point Boosting Policy

First of all, I understand why this policy exists. Nobody enjoys seeing people abuse events by farming Battle Points through coordinated matches or alternate accounts. The intention behind this announcement is good.

The problem is that this policy is trying to solve something the game itself allows, and that’s where I think it completely falls apart.

You cannot tell players how they’re allowed to play when the game’s own mechanics encourage that freedom.

If I want to create a private room, invite only my friends, and play against the same person 100 matches in a row, I’m allowed to do that. That’s not exploiting. That’s not hacking. That’s not bug abuse. That’s literally how private rooms are designed to work.

    So here’s the obvious question:

How exactly do you determine whether I’m boosting or simply playing with my friend?

Let’s say my friend is just worse than me.

I beat him 30 games in a row.

Does that automatically make me a booster?

    Of course not.

Maybe we enjoy playing each other.

    Maybe we’re practicing.

Maybe he’s trying to improve and keeps asking for rematches.

Maybe we simply don’t enjoy public lobbies.

The point is, match history alone doesn’t tell intent.

At that point you’re no longer enforcing a rule—you are making assumptions.

    This has happened before…

Every time an event like this comes around, people optimize the system.

    Some abuse it.

Then the event eventually gets canceled.

We’ve already seen this happen with previous Battle Coin systems.

Players like Densetsu , Draygashi, Slay, just to name a few, abused both versions of the Battle Coin events by boosting until those events were ultimately removed and never returned.

    Was that the players’ fault?

    Partially.

But the developers also created a system that rewarded that behavior.

Don’t hate the player for playing the game you designed.

If your event can be broken simply by using mechanics the game already provides, then maybe the event design needs another look.

The tournament situation isn’t much better.

Previous tournaments suffered from a different issue.

Whether it was Demo, 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3, it often felt like the same small group of players kept getting selected.

Players like Taurus, qkry, DevuL, and others consistently appeared.

Now, unlike the boosters mentioned earlier, these players were genuinely among the strongest in the game.

This isn’t an attack on them.

The issue is that many other players never even got the opportunity to participate because of how the selection process worked.

If someone has already won the grand prize tournament, maybe it’s worth giving new players a chance instead of recycling the same names every event.

A competitive scene only grows when more people actually get to compete.

The biggest flaw with this policy

You cannot force people to play the game a certain way.

    You can ban hacks.

    You can ban third-party software.

    You can ban bug abuse.

    You can ban actual exploits.

But you cannot ban someone’s playstyle.

If I intentionally run off the map because I’m terrible…

    That’s my decision.

If my team loses because of it…

That’s also our responsibility for queuing together.

Nobody can prove whether I was trolling, learning, lagging, experimenting, or simply having the worst match of my life.

The exact same logic applies to boosting accusations based solely on repeated matches.

Intent isn’t something you can reliably detect from statistics alone.

    The solution already exists.

Ironically, Rumble Fighter already has game modes that solve almost every issue this announcement is trying to address.

Bring back 1v1 Streak and Sudden Death as official event modes.

    Why?

Because they naturally eliminate most opportunities for boosting.

    1v1 Streak

    • Queue-based matchmaking.
    • Random opponent.
    • Random map selection.
    • No private rooms.
    • No hand-picking opponents.
    • Lose once and your streak resets.
Could you randomly queue into your alt once?

    Sure.

Could you realistically do that ten or twenty games in a row?

    Highly unlikely.

    Sudden Death

    Even better.

    One loss.

    You’re out.

    That’s it.

Who’s going to intentionally give away a win when it immediately ends their entire run?

There is almost no incentive to boost.

These modes also solve tournament issues.

    No scheduling conflicts.

No players failing to show up.

    No endless bracket delays.

Open the queue during an event period and let players compete whenever they’re available.

    Simple.

Support both playstyles instead of forcing one.

Another suggestion would be to rotate or even run two versions of these events.

One could use Classic restrictions, limiting Scrolls, ExoCores, and stats.

The other could be an Anything Goes event where players can use everything they’ve collected and invested in.

That way, both sides of the community have something to enjoy.

Players who enjoy a more balanced, traditional competitive environment can participate in the restricted event.

Meanwhile, players who have spent years collecting gear, building characters, upgrading stats, purchasing Wings, Bombs, Second Panic, premium Scrolls, ExoCores, and other mechanics finally have a competitive environment where those investments actually matter.

There’s no reason to punish players for supporting the game financially.

If someone chooses to spend money on the game, that isn’t something we should discourage.

Those purchases help keep the game alive.

At the same time, Classic Mode remains available for players who prefer a more standardized experience.

    Everyone wins.

Players could even participate in both events if they want.

    Some enjoy pure competitive restrictions.

Others enjoy Rumble Fighter at its fullest, where every mechanic is available.

    Neither playstyle is wrong.

The game should celebrate both instead of constantly trying to satisfy one side while ignoring the other.

    Final Thoughts

I agree with stopping actual boosting.

Nobody wants events ruined by people trading wins with alts.

But I don’t agree with trying to police how players use features that the game itself intentionally provides.

If private rooms, repeated matches, and one-round games are legitimate mechanics, then the responsibility falls on event design, not on players for using those mechanics exactly as intended.

Instead of creating rules that depend on guessing a player’s intentions, create events where boosting simply isn’t worth doing in the first place.

    Fix the incentive.

    Not the symptom.

Because right now, this policy honestly feels like putting a “No Speeding” sign on a highway while rewarding everyone for driving faster.

You’re trying to solve a design problem with moderation.

And history has already shown us how that ends.

    Disclaimer

Before the usual replies roll in…

I won’t be responding to comments about my connection, “lag,” personal attacks, or any other low-effort trolling. If your counterargument starts with “skill issue” or anything equally constructive, save yourself the time.

I’m interested in productive discussion, constructive criticism, or responses from the GMs/Developers regarding the concerns and suggestions I’ve raised.

If you disagree, explain why and offer a better solution. I’d genuinely like to hear it.

If your contribution is just to troll, bait, or derail the discussion, don’t bother—I won’t be replying.

If a player’s average match duration is significantly shorter than that of other participants, while the player repeatedly competes against only the same limited number of opponents, can that reasonably be considered normal event participation?

These patterns provide sufficient grounds for us to investigate and determine whether Battle Point boosting has occurred. Match duration and the number of unique opponents will not necessarily be considered in isolation. We will review the overall gameplay records and patterns before making a final decision.

As the game operator, we have both the authority and the responsibility to identify abusive activity and ensure that the event remains fair for players who participate legitimately.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Look at IGN Hyra, and HixRaixJin. compare this month, to last months matches. They're far ahead of everyone this month, whereas last month they were both below Top1Player, a player that plays all day everyday. That same player that plays everyday is below both of them by 300-400 games. Its clear as day who boosted this event and who didn't.

The fact that top1player had 1k-1,5k points every morning, whereas after the July 15th announcement he was barely getting 300 points a day, doesn't alarm you, as far as I can see.

i was reading the rules and updates of the event and i didn´t violate any of these. my gameplay was always like the rules at time allowed it. so there is no point to send a ticked. ps at the beginning befor the 1st eventrulechange-update i was invited from "Top1Player" and his rooms where violating the later rulesets so i stoped playing with him in oder to prevent problems and did legit 2vs2s with frinds and used edgy maps to safe a bit time. i realy understand where the problem is the player the caused the most problems and was probly doing the greatest harm to this event was Top1Player himself as the biggest booster in the past and the first who started to report and eaven
threaten other players in order to to win the event

Everyone stopped grinding after people started assuming no action would be taken on players like Hyra. You can asks players like HanniPham, even they had no motivation to play teams after learning no announcement was made towards the players that obviously boosted. Top1Player has been seen playing cove and 2v2s with Hanni. Not to mention his friends aren’t even on the top 30 list while Hyras friend is top 2 with him. Before the announcement was made, Hyra was already way ahead of everyone with impossible like games unless you private your rooms and play with only your friends, which they did. What is the point in having a community event if you’re only playing with your friends and doing 1-2 rounds a game making it impossible for everyone else to have a chance? Only Hyra and his friends created private rooms with 1-2 maps, no one else did. That should automatically be seen as boosting. Even IGN Bro is trying to back his EU friend up by saying things like “what if I’m just better than my friend? What if my friend is learning?” Hyras friend is 2nd place for a reason, and the boosting didn’t happen until the rc prize was changed and made higher for 2nd and 3rd place. No one really plays team matches now unless it’s 2v2 due to the boosting going on which is why you’ll see players like Top1Player’s games not move at all. Impossible to beat players that boosted and weren’t held accountable for the first half of the month.

If the devs told you three months ago that they tolerate first-round players, and you explain that many players don't seem to know you can do 2v2 first-round matches and that it's therefore very easy to win, but they ignore you, what more can you do?

You basically just confirmed the boosting allegations. No one else was doing those 1-2 map games and playing explicitly with their friends in private rooms. The event was made for the community, not so people can gather 3 friends and each boost 1-2 map games in a private room. Read above, they mention they’ll be tracking how many unique players the top 30 played with, because playing with just your friends in a private room with 1-2 rounds is considered boosting. Last month Hyra’s BP was around all top 3 players and that’s why no boosting announcement was made then because no one was suspicious. Also that ticket only asks if 1 round maps is fine. No where does it mention private rooms with friends because that would most likely have been a hard no by RedFox, and I’m sure Hyra knew that. As an event made for the community, it should be treated as a community event, where anyone has access to your room, and honestly I think 1-2 maps should be prohibited and 3v3/4v4s should be the only counted games, that way situations like this don’t occur.

well what shall eu players do ? in my timezone almost no players are online it´s always the same problem so i often had to call frinds to play some 2vs2 , that is not boosting or anything i used the matches as pratice. fighting aginst much stronger oponents is very efficient to lern theyr tricks and depelov skills , the diffrance in stats and skill made the rounds very short. anyway we saw the ruleupdates and since the first update sayed that actions befor 15. will not be punished and we all where playing legit after that there is nothing wrong and we shall recive our reward. i mean you can´t change the rules after the maintime of the event and tell players that they shall have behaved acording to a rulechange that applyed after it already happened. the records will be analysed and the staff shall
take into account the dates and how
The current state of the rules at that moment was... , and shere shall be a clear diffrence between a boosted match in wich everyone jumps down right at the start and a game in wich a skilled player rams 2 tired oponents out in a two round match. there was no clear definition of what boosting or suspect behavior aktually ment befor july 15. and as far as i can tell i didn´t see anyone after that date who would have violate the rules in any type. so the whole point of reporting oneselfe is a bit confusing for me. since i earned my reward and didn´t violate any rules i wasn´t interested in a top 3 spot since i wouldn ot have the time to rival with players that reached top ranks .

      • Repeatedly playing against alternate accounts or cooperating players
    • what if a player wants to participate in the event with his alt and plays normaly ? that is not the same as logging in with 2 accs and afk kill oneself there is a clear line between these methods the first is legit and by the definition of the ruleset was not forbidden while the second clearly is considered as boosting.
      • Intentionally exchanging or transferring wins
    • if a player is more skillfull than others or the teams are unfair it´s no wonder that players change teams every now and than it´s hard to differanciate that from intended winexchange , but players with high winrates apear sus but still better stats scrolls and more skill make players win more often that is to be considered
      • Using one-round matches primarily to farm Battle Points
      • it
    • yea that is a point that shall be more or less orvius to analyse
      • Coordinating private matches solely to manipulate Battle Point rankings
    • what means Coordinating private matches ? if i ask frinds to play with me since noone is online its Coordinating private , but it´s not automaticly solely to manipulate Battle Point rankings . sure if someone wants to reach high ranks he has to keep playing and if someone has a room with frinds he´ll tend to play there for as long as everyone stays that´s not manipulating or anything everyone has the oportunity to do that but where does it start to be considered boosting ? i mean surly after 15.´s update noone would do stuff like jumping out of the map or something to shorten rounds but players would tend to play more edgy scrolls prevent using wings and play more offensive with less fear of losses , the resaults in statisics look close to boosting there is a fine line between keeping everything ruleconfirm but playing as efficient as allowed and boosting , punishing players for tryharding in a event shalln´t be punished. there shall be some clear rules that shall make it easyer to monitor unallowed behavior . or prevent it from being counted at all. but punishing players for missing or unclear rulesets istn´t realy goalleading.

First, nothing prevents you from playing only with friends; they themselves confirmed this in a support ticket.
Second, the North American community is the majority in the game. We Europeans don't have any opponents because when we log in, everyone is asleep, so aside from playing with friends, I don't see how you can manage. Add to that the lag and other issues, and the lack of players to fill a room for 3v3 or 4v4 matches, and it benefits North American players more.
Third, it's a ranked game. If you want to spend your day playing ranked, what's stopping you? You're not going to play less for others; if you want to be the best, you make sure you become the best.

All I’m reading are excuses for boosting. Not only was Hyra caught boosting during NA hours where almost a whole page was full, but the fact EU players play with NA players after the 15 announcement just contradicts everything all of you are saying. So in theory anyone in NA would be rank 1 due to you guys having no one to play with right? If I want to play all day exclusively with only my friends and go against what the event stands for then I could in theory just keep inviting 3 friends to help me reach rank 1, for every event, and none of you would have an issue? That is what yall are implying. I have been in rooms full of EU players, but I bet when RedFox checks the boosting games, none of those players will be seen in Hyra’s room. I’d like to point out that the announcement wasn’t made until this month, and Hyra has been doing the event since it first released, so why is it just now his matches are impossible to catch up to? Could it be because the RC prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd were raised? Could it be that him and his friends saw a way to get a lot more rc than what was initially the top 3 prize, and decided to boost for it? Anyone can tell he boosted, otherwise his amount of games would have been just like last months, and so on.

wow great job i was sending taking care to break no rules , i was eaven sending a ticket after reading about the problems with the event and now still banned .
The GMs didn't stick to any of their statements regarding the event.
In the end, I got banned over 1,000 RC (not eaven 10 euro/$ ). That's how greedy these publishers are.

After playing Rumble Fighter for over 14 years, being treated like this over something so ridiculous is honestly disappointing. The publishers apparently can't even keep their own word, despite making clear statements about the event.

This isn't a good look for a publisher team that's already dealing with a shrinking player base and ongoing technical issues. If they continue managing the game this way, I'm afraid it will only accelerate Rumble Fighter's decline. This is beyond disappointing.
