I finished the "[Event] Moon Temple(2)" quest and did not get the rewards. They're useless anyway and I don't want them but the problem is, somehow, because of that, I haven't been able to proceed with the event - no daily quests, no weekly quests, no daily passes. I submitted a support ticket and had to wait a week for each communication from support. Two weeks into the event, the last answer I got was... "Unfortunately, as the event has ended we are unable to assist you with your issue. We have however resolved your daily quest issue. You should now be able to take complete daily quests during future events. If you have any further issues or concerns, please let us know. Regards, RedFox Games Support Team" THE EVENT HASN'T ENDED YET!! IT'S STILL ONGOING. And the part where they said, "we've resolved your daily quest issue" was also completely untrue. I still can't get any daily, weekly, or dungeon pass quests related to Moon Temple event. The event is more than half way through. My ticket was sent on day 1 of the event. I have been very patient but I'm absolutely disappointed by the response I've received. It's looking like I'll have to wait one more week for any response from the team and more likely than not, it won't be one that resolves my issue. What's the point of sending a ticket?
Apparently, posting on the forum is more effective than sending in tickets. I logged in this morning to find that my "[Event] Moon Temple(2)" quest was reset. Granted, I didn't even get a reply on my ticket and nothing was done to compensate me for 2 weeks of lost opportunities but at least now, I know that a ticket is practically a non-starter if you really need urgent attention. It's a sad situation but you live and you learn, I guess.
