I tried to log in this morning and it's saying "User already logged in" at first. I don't share my password and there's no way I could be logged in. I tried force logging in got stuck at "connecting to a game server" for a long time, followed by "aborting connection" and "could not connect to the game server". Please help. I'm losing x3 time.
i got same problem. can't log in, stuck at connecting to game server. fyi, my char is in tibet. can't even send ticket to support, their website is down as well?

É cara, está cada dia mais difícil jogar 9dragons, ninguém presta atenção, ninguém faz nada, esse time só quer tirar dinheiro de quem joga, sinceramente, quase parando de jogar 9dragons.
Lol. RF even dont care what happen in game everyday. No GM in each server Tao or Yin, or in game. They just published x3 event then leave it.
GM this weekend x3 why so many bug? would u please go check and fix it. TIbet crash but u dont take an action to fix it. Do u job GM
Hi, I am having the same issue. I was farming in Kunlun, and then I moved to Tibet, and the game logged me out. Since then, I have been unable to log back in. I sent a ticket, but I have not received any response.
They dont care until the next update. Lol. Wasted x3 & also the event. They only work in weekday or in maintenance day, not weekend.
We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. The map was reset on Sunday @ 17:15 PST and you should now be able to log in. We are currently in discussions with our management team to compensate players for this interruption in gameplay. Please let us know if you experience this issue again in the future.
