(This guide is almost useless on RF 4.25 update.) What the heck is going on?! She's definitely map glitching! Or is she? This is absolutely 100% NOT map glitching! This is 100% LEGIT! Some new players or even returning players do not know how so they sometimes think that this is a kind of glitch/bug. The player in the videos above has a complete set of equipment in dealing the ’perfect crit’. If you manage to get the same equipment or better, then you can solo this game. Solo? You mean solo every freakin’ mob around RF Online? :O YES! Except for PitBosses of course since PBs have high amount of crit. resistance. So, which class should I pick? Pick Mystic as your base class, get Miller at level 30, and Shield Miller when you’re level 40. Why is that? Shield Millers have the highest HP in the Bellato race, and you’ll get to use the Bull’s Eye buff if you manage to unlock your elite skills. (Unlocking Elite skills: Basic – 50, Expert – 50) What does Bull’s Eye give? Bull’s Eye gives 30 crit. probability/chance. Always use this buff! This buff works with Staff and any other weapon. I can’t seem to crit-lock the mobs with just this buff, what else do I need? You will need a Sharp staff, Type C or Purple. The Sharp ability is equal to 5 crit. chance. Upgrading your weapon with Chaos Talic would also increase the crit/stun chances. Upgrades with +3 would do just fine, and +4 or higher if you think that it’s not enough. A Type C, Normal or Int Staff with Chaos Talic upgrades would be fine if it's +4 or higher. I still cannot crit-lock mobs even with these equipment/gears, what now? You will still need Sharp armors, these armors can be 'Superior' or 'Type C'. You can get Sharp Superior armors from the Dark Ambassadors located in HQ. And Type C Sharp armors can be crafted. How to get Sharp Superior armors: Superior 50 Armors: 3 Talic Crystals and 10mil. dallant Superior 53 Armors: 5 Talic Crystals and 20mil. dallant Superior 55 Armors: 15 Talic Crystals and 30mil. dallant (End-game solo player armors) Note: Only applies to RedFox's servers Keep in mind that you won’t get “Sharp Sup. Armors” right away from these Ambassadors. You'll get other abilities as well like Strong, Strength and etc. If you manage to get a Superior Armor but isn’t “Sharp”, then you could buy ‘Superior Option Changer boxes’ in the Cash Shop and try your luck. Note: Once you get Sharp abilities from the boxes, make sure that the Sup. Armor should have 7-slots so you could use it, buy Slot Extenders if it’s not. How to craft Type C Sharp armors: 10 Red Stones (From ores) 99 Purple Excelsiar Pieces 1 Type C Purple Excelsiar 10 Armor Ability of your choice (Sharp in this case) And 1 Intense armor level 47-55 (Favor upgraded +1 or higher. Note: higher upgrade mean better chance to succeed) Some other ways to complete the set: Buy from players Events A piece of Sharp Armor is equal to 8 crit. chance. BONUS: Why should I use Defense runes when luring 2 mobs or more? So you won’t die (But some mobs may use AOE spells and kill you) No location bug (where mob is not where you AOE) You are the first one to hit (need to remove def rune state right after the mob loses aggro and before they run/disappear) It also helps to compress the mobs easier. How do I remove this Defense rune from my buff? Use another kind of potion i.e.: Adrenaline, Burst, Bust or etc. to remove it. Your crit. rate: If Mystic > Shield Miller (Massive HP): GM Bull's Eye [30] + Sharp Armor set [40] + % of Chaos upgraded weapon + [5] IF weapon is Sharp If Ranger > Shield Miller (Unrelated but the best when it comes to Crit./Stunning): GM Bull's Eye[30] + GM Snipe[30] + Sharp Armor set[40] + % of Chaos upgraded weapon + [5] IF weapon in Sharp If Mystic > Ranger (Has an additional dodge[30] but has low HP): GM Snipe [30] + Sharp Armor set [40] + % of Chaos upgraded weapon + [5] IF weapon is Sharp PURPOSE: To help other Mystic-Shield Millers To help future stunners/critters To show that this is NOT a glitch, bug or a broken mechanic Thank you everyone for reading!
AOE's add crit also so don't worry if your crit don't add up to 100, for example bullseye (30) Sharp set (40) anda +3 chaos staff (20). That only = 90 but it's enough to fully stun a mob cause AOE'S have more crit than single attacks
Are Type C 55 weapons(E.G. Sharp INT. Dark Staff) even programmed into the game? I played when the lvl cap was 55, so I have no clue.
i think izen drops melee type Cs and thor drops all ranged type Cs. yeah good luck as accretians, must be nice being rused to pay 500$ for a game thats catered to 90 iq spacebar kids that don't need to spend a dime on the cash shop.
Int weapon would be good only if you have a full sharp set, or if you have another stunner (even at a lower stun rate) in the party aoeing with you. Because even if you have 150% stun rate, all it needs is one tiny bit of lag or delay and BOOM
It works on Staff, melee weapons and range weapons. So basically all weapons. It's the same with Snipe buff, it works with every weapon in RF Online.
Sharp armors can be Superior or Type C. Yes, Type C Sharp armors can be crafted. Also, I updated the guide so it should be there now.
