    Event Details:    ​
    • All you need to do is LOGIN at, or around, these designated times to get the gifts!
      • 09:00 (9:00 AM) PST
      • 16:00 (4:00 PM) PST
      • 21:00 (9:00 PM) PST
    • In order to check what time that means for you, use this website: http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ and set the right side to PST.
    • If you did not receive the gift but you were online at approximately one of the times, send in a ticket and our support team will verify it for you. Please specify date, time (PST) and item name when submitting your ticket.
      • A grace period of 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time will be offered should you be randomly disconnected or did not receive the prize. A support ticket must be sent in order to receive the grace period compensation. You will not receive the item in your in-game mail unless you are logged in at the exact time(s) stated below.
    • Items missed due to intentional server downtime (i.e. maintenance) will likely not be compensated. However, if issues occur during event period due to other issues, we will investigate and consider compensation.

    Hi GMs, you probably already realized this but the Halloween RC spenders prizes were delivered but not the carat ones.

    Also one of the fisticuffs delivery, you delivered 3k carats instead of 30k carats!

    Hi, id like to give my feedback for this event.

    Pros:
    - The event is short (1 week) but ONLY contains prizes that most ppl want (ie. the boxes)
    - Boxes being spread apart across the 3 timeslots makes it so that EU folks had access to them, and the box wasn't locked in 1 single timeslot
    Cons:
    - Since the event is shorter, we miss out on other utility items that might be useful such as extraction scroll

    Please note that for this iteration of Happy Hour, we improved the rewards for this trial period and we intend for the changes in Happy Hour mentioned previously during the next Happy Hour, scheduled for later this month.
