There should be no nangins in this version (Sadly). No clue why the palace is not working(I Believe in Rocksiabyte server it worked, since we had titles there.). When you go yanggok you cant enter nangin territory either. Thats what they said but no one knows what it rly means xD And since you can only have 1 faction per account it wouldnt work out if you have 3 chars fujin and one gets Nangin.
If it's m33 to qualify and join Nangin, that's ********. Used to be minimum m1 , that's why I rushed to m1 anyways...
