Support Ticket System down?

    Hello GM,

    It has been almost 3days now, but there is no response to my ticket. is the ticket system down or I need to wait a bit more?

    They dont answer on weekends. So basically its 1 day then not 3.

    Send a ticket on Wednesday, still no response tho

    Would have been far easier to just completely roll back to before the update(s), get it fixed then patch it in again rather than fix things one little piece at a time.

    I was disconnect when i do RTD Quest (Chapter 1: Endless Effort - The Sword of Wu-tang; in choose role screen) and i cant complete this Q. Please help me restart this Q, i just recently created a character and can't wait 5 days to delete it, i will miss x3 event :(((

    3 days with no answer...... is it because of the holidays or that's just how they deal with things usually?

    Keep in mind that it's easter holidays now also, so they are probably at home still.
