SE or Special Edition scrolls usually come from scrolls that aren't as effective as they use to be . These scrolls are than painted gold , Add hit effects , and often extra combos changed grab and counters . so big upgrade basically from the original scroll

Trust me every SE scroll will give you ah fuuun time.
