Signature on Fourms & Failure logging on

How do i create a signature on my profile? It would work each time I tried. Also do you know how to fix the glitch about not being able to log on after the update. My IGN is Sonder, I was online before the update fine, but I can now no longer get online. It says, "The client you are using isn't the latest version" & "Please use the Rumble Launcher to download and access accordingly". I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, installing on steam... Everything.
