Since we would like to better understand what players truly want, please try to describe your suggestions or bug reports in as much detail as possible. Simple comments such as “please improve the game,” “fix bugs,” or “make better events” may be difficult for us to review properly.

When submitting a suggestion or bug report, it would be helpful if you could include the following details:

• What kind of event, update, bug fix, or in-game change you would like to see
• For bugs, what issue occurred and when it happened
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
• Why you think the change or fix would be helpful for the game
• Any screenshots, videos, examples, or specific ideas that can help us understand your request

Suggestion: Add Skylord's Blessed Feed to Pharmacist NPC for Silver Jeon

Dear RedFox Team,

I would like to propose a simple yet impactful quality-of-life change for the server: Add Skylord's Blessed Feed directly to the Pharmacist NPC for a reasonable Silver Jeon price.
Currently, keeping mounts active requires relying on the Item Shop or premium player trading. Making this item universally available for silver would greatly improve the server health, specifically targeting two major areas:

1. New Player Retention (Utilizing Event Mount Boxes)

Thanks to recent PvM events, the server has an excess of 5% and 15% Mount Boxes. New players can easily obtain these boxes to get a mount, but these mounts do not come with any Skylord's Blessed Feed. New players quickly hit a wall because they cannot afford or find the feed on the market to start using their mount.

With the current RedFox player base consisting mostly of geared veterans, low-level and mid-tier equipment is incredibly hard to come by for newcomers. A 15% mount provides a massive, necessary boost to defense, attack and health. If a new player can easily buy feed at the Pharmacist to sustain their mount right after opening the box, it drastically reduces their death rate during grinding, makes the early-game progression smooth, and creates a much more enjoyable experience that keeps them playing.

2. A Necessary Silver Sink for the Economy

Because active players use mounts daily, mount feed is a high-demand consumable. By placing it in the Pharmacist NPC for a fixed silver cost, it creates a consistent, server-wide silver sink. This will help drain excess currency out of the economy, fight inflation, and help stabilize player-to-player market prices.

Conclusion

Allowing players to buy Skylord's Blessed Feed via standard in-game currency bridges the gap between veterans and newcomers. It gives new players a fighting chance to actually utilize the current event mount boxes without being locked out by a lack of feed, ensuring they don't get frustrated and quit.

Costume stat can be transferred to other suit (Players can use their fav costume)

Multiple purchase of an item in Mall (Rather than clicking it one at a time, better if we can just put quantity that we want to purchase)

Clan transfer along with all items on that character (It is normal that an issue arises with fellow faction mates, but some chooses to not being active because of this issue. Better if a player has a choice to transfer to other faction and not start from scratch)

IoS Boss, Yang mini Boss should be given to the players which inflicts most damage (Make it also only r6-r12 can enter, Cheaters can enter even low level. This might not prevent cheaters from doing it but at least if they get banned they will work again to make new r6 account)

Lower the price of RFC protection charm and add it to LoD, IoS drops (Fail rate of RFC is too much)

Removal of cashback in top up (this is to protect other players to those who intend to just make other players get banned)

Dungeon teleport scroll available in NPC (Only G12 can enter regular maps to prevent cheaters for doings CP farming during HSB and regular days) they can still do but they have to make alot of g12's to to that. And if they're account get banned then they will spent time again creating g12 accounts. We all know that making one is not easy (its time consuming)

Disable PvP in Siege Grounds and Midori (Cheaters CP Farming spots)

Ban IP address and not only character (Cheaters can still make another account if gets banned but if IP, they will need to buy to PC or laptop to play again)

GM to randomly attend during HSB, check Ivy Halls and all maps to check for hackers/cheaters.

Elixir events

 

I want a new costumes with stats and can be upgraded like same as guardian pet so that the old costumes can be used also. Put some boss event and pvp event in saigo with a better drop. Could you bring back the HP scroll and evade scroll.

Thank you for being open for a suggestions, this is what I have in mind =

1. Need to balance about Pay to win and Play to win condition in game. Currently what (maybe) I saw is the game economic tent to choose a side for a Pay to win player. For example (like mention by @Tecumseh above) that Skylord bless feed only available in item Mall, there are so many things in item Mall that SHOULD available in NPC or what so ever that is can be bought, not using Game Credit (RP). This to make the game balance between Pay to win and Play to win
2. Make Bloodstained Shop available again, re-structure how the player can get the BP point and add more item in BP, this is also can become game balancer for Play to win to achieved
3. Get more in-game event, so many in-game event can be adopted from some previous official servers, like Hide and Seek, Saigo event (killing spree), PVP match. It's not that current event is not good nor its not useful but you guys need to come with some other events. This crafting events has been around for almost 5 years and only change the title and the crafting material. There are so many event that is not running anymore, like Alcatraz, Circuit Valley, Rainwater Heaven (G12++), Ghost Valley Monster and many more
4. Comeback event, since so many player has been quit, you need to invite them to rejoin the game with some rewards. And of course some guarantee that there will no more hackers, cheaters or what so ever.
5. Assurance of quick response in dealing with Hacker or Cheater, when a ticket is created upon this kind of case, there should be Game Master (GM) that directly checking in real-time. Because this kind of behavior will surely destroy this game instantly. Like happened 1 month ago on HSB, suddenly appear cheater on HSB and using Damage and Tele Cheat so it can destroy Stone with only 1 hit and appear instantly on the stone. This condition is not directly handled by GM in real-time. You guys should know that HSB is the most critical event in TwelveSky 2 event, it is the highest event or the most respectful event in Twelvesky 2. Because this event is a massive war that can be followed by all faction members to defend their faction. So this event should be tightly monitored. There is no point to play this game when a player has spent so many effort to have a good item then they will just whipped-off by cheater with damage more then 1 million.
6. MMORPG games really depends on game balance, game will be fun if there is so many player played the game. We all know, that in gaming, Regarding the ratios between Play to win and Pay to win, Play to win has greater numbers of player then Pay to win. That's what make MMORPG has to play by Massive number of player. This Play to win will directly quit if they know that the game can be only win by people that willing to pay. This condition that need to avoid by the company. So you guys need to see the condition and make sure that the play to win player still can win. For example, currently there is NO WAY for Play to win player to get 8th skill... NO WAY at all. Why? because 8th skill only acquired by purchasing box that gamble. Event Pay to win player that can afford to buy the box also suffered because they spent so much money that not worthy of spent.
7. You guys need to see your player demography.. from which part of time zone they play. If turned out that most of your player is staying in the timezone that he/she need to wake up at 1.am to do Labby or to do HSB... then it is not good. Who wants to play game in 1am everyday in a week? (Labby Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, HSB Wednesday, Friday and Sunday)... They will hospitalized when doing so in a month straight. This is also apply for their connection. You see, that old game like TwelveSky2 did not need a bigger bandwiths, what they need is a stable connection. This stable connection wont be happening if the PHYSICAL range is far away. Your server is in North America, but (maybe) most player are in Asia, surely they will suffer from high ping rate. Then event they have a maxed equipped, they will easily loose from player with low ping rate.
8. Event for low level. Every week seems that still have new fresh player joining the game. For this current condition, for them to enjoy the game seems so far away. They need to get to R12 or at least R6 to enjoy the game, WHY? because most of the player already reach their max level. No player is still stay at low level. Then how? you need to have a low level event, like M2 / M3 level event, M33 event. So the old player also willing to have low level character to do the event. Then the new player will also enjoy the game because they have "friends" in low level.
9. Fix some easy and simple Bug (it may seems), like, this bug, when we click Daily Reward button in game, we always got DCed... that is really annoying... this button has been there for sooo many decade (lol)... why you guys did not fix it nor remove it? Another thing, (this will seem annoying for current farmers lol), MOBS level M2-M5. Why they still gave drop of items when they already green? (sorry guys)

I know that this is too much, but in order to gain better income, first you guys need to get more player in this game. You can not just rely on events to get more player, you need to do more then that to attract players to play. The good thing about Twelvesky2 now is, this game is light for current PC/Laptop, so it should be easy for every current laptop to install and played. So is the internet connection, currently most of internet connection in every country has evolved and so much better. Unlike when we play Twelve Sky 2 15 to 18 years ago when Aeria and Mayn still arround.

 

Suggestions:

1. Update the Items Bloodstain Shops
2. Increase the level restriction on Island Of Cave and other Special maps to Rebirth 6-12
3. Release a def mount with Critical Def Stats or Dmg mount with Critical def stats
4. Make BloodCapes Refinable with sockets.
5. Add Heavenly Chest on yang boss.
6. Return the materials used for crafting to the blacksmith.
7. Return the event boss at Cave of Darkness.
8. Release new Costume with stats and Wings with stats.
9. Fix the Login Event

 

Please consider adding beginner gear sets for Levels 45, 75, and 105, as well as Master 2, Master 11, Master 20, Master 29, and God Levels 1–11 with approximately 90% Enchantment.

This would make the early and mid-game much more accessible for both new and returning players. Right now, progressing without beginner gear is extremely difficult, which can discourage players from continuing.

A structured beginner gear system would help players level up, learn the game, and prepare for endgame content without feeling overwhelmed. It would also encourage many former players to return, knowing they can catch up more easily.

Making the early progression smoother would improve the overall player experience and help grow the game's player base.

 

Please add this in HJC or any box:

1. Palace rank +1 - Guarantee Upgrade halo without using CP
2. Combine Scroll - for Combining Gears

or only drop at premium service

Some additional Suggestions =
1. Remove EC from LOD (Life or Death dungeon), no point having EC (Earth Chest) because we can get S5R V2 or S5R V1 from mob's drop items through PvM.
2. Increased chance of getting HC (Heaven Chest) from LOD or add another interesting item drops, WHY? because the cost and effort to do LOD is precious.. its 200CP plus at least 7 to 10 minutes time to beat the boss, it really did not worth the time effort and cost to hunt at LOD

 

Hello, here are some of my suggestions.

1. Increase the success chance of opening 4th and 5th sockets on equipments. Currently, it is impossible to open sockets past the 3rd socket.
2. Add an item that prevent the decorations from being destroyed when failed. Currently, even after using Acc. Protection Scroll, deco gets destroyed past 7%.
3. Add an item that prevent decorations from degrading when failed.
4. Make War God more accessible. An option could be adding this to Bloodstain Shop, but make it more difficult to obtain so that free to play players can have an opportunity to have a war god.
5. Add Archwing stone (additional stats to wings) to Bloodstain Shop.
6. Allow 2 HSB times (Ex. Tuesday and Thursday from 8-11pm EST and Saturday remained (11pm-2am EST). This will allow North America players, especially people from EST zone to comfortably play the game. The current HSB time makes it hard for North America to play especially EST and CT to stay up past 2:10am or 1:10am, respectively, to complete Holy Stone Battle.
7. Add more incentives to regular wars to encourage participants to join war. Currently, barely anyone joins war and no one joins Paradise War for Bloodstain points.
8. Add more customs with stats, not just Swimsuits. There are so many more customs available that have not been released. And maybe add stats to some existing customs like fighter suit?

• Rare sets at designated levels

General:

• Let us Manufacture mount boxes into Skylord Blessed Feed, for example 2x Mount Box 5% into SBF (S), 2x Mount box 10% into SBF (M), 2x Mount Box 15% into SBF (L), this way f2p players can get their hands onto sbf and those boxes aren’t going to waste.
• Costume and Deco hide option.
• Add Archwingstones somewhere i.e. War Boxes, Bloodstain Shop, HJC.
• Add Guardian Scrolls somewhere i.e. War Boxes, Bloodstain Shop, HJC.
• Add Acc. Protection Scrolls for 7% up.
• There are at least 8 more costumes within your game files already, release them for more variety.
• Add stats to any costume or delete those fully, so people doesnt feel forced to use a specific costume.
  
• Better daily Mission rewards.
• Daily Boss Monster Spawn in Towns.
• Increase the success chance of opening 4th and 5th sockets on equipments.
• Remove EC from LOD (Life or Death dungeon), no point having EC (Earth Chest) because we can get S5R V2 or S5R V1 from mob's drop items through PvM
• Let us penetrate / add sockets to Bloody Capes
• Let us enchant Bloody Capes to 150%, we can't overenchant them currently so 120% is max and make them CS able.
• Instead of implementing 15% crit / def / hp mounts make them 15% crit def / def / hp

Cheater:

• We need a GM who’s actually roaming around maps to track down cheaters, especially in IoS (boss 1 Shotter) and Ivy Hall (time hack or vacuum).
• If you can’t get rid of Ivy Hall cheaters make GJ and GSS untradeable and let ppl buy Ivy Hall Keys from the Shop.
• If you can’t get rid of IoS cheaters let us do only 1 DMG to bosses and squish their HP.
• Get rid of cp and pvp item farmer, no cp therefore no item dops for character below R0 would still help since they would have to put more effort into it and increase the level requirements for Comatose Formation (lvl 60 currently) since its the go to option for farmer/cheater.
• Increase the level requirement to enter Yanggok Valley to R0 (lvl 90 currently) so cheater cant enter other faction maps that easily to farm massive amounts of CP.
• Disable PvP in Siege Grounds and Midori (Cheaters CP Farming spots)

Endgame:

• Blooodstain Shop contains too many trash items and the costs are way too high, decrease the cost and add items players are interested in as of now no one is doing Heavenly Paradise War, maybe add 8th skill with high costs so F2P players have atleast the chance to obtain it.
• Finally Add Valley of Deceased and Valley of Tears for R7-R12 been trying to get that for 6 years now iv’e wrote a lot of tickets without success.
• War Box for every R7-R12 war, I know it would be nice for lower levels too but players would just abuse it and create more alts, rather force them to level up and compete in endgame activities.

Will add more suggestions as time goes by.

 

Fix God lvl proving grounds g1- g11 the map is not accessible

 

• Add other option in obtaining refining materials Gold and Silver Stone & Genuine Jade like include it in the pvm event box just like the Golden Feather. Since most of the refining materials are just farmed in Ivy Hall which we all knew is being monopolized by the hackers.
• Or assign surprise patrol on the most hacked maps which is the Ivy Hall and Island of Souls 1-6 Maps
• Fix disconnecting issues from doing wars.

   We are glad to finally able to have a much needed update to the Dragon Trap Maze by adding in the Abyss Stage 3 as an additional accessible maps upon seizing the Dragon Trap Maze! Get your factions ready and start seizing the Dragon Trap Maze!
   
   Dragon Trap Maze Details:
   
   
   • Location: Yanggok Valley Center Map
     
   • Seize the Dragon Trap Maze from the ruling faction for 5 Minutes continuously by claiming the center point surrounded by the Faction Shields.
   • When the Dragon Trap Maze is seized the Faction will received a Dragon Trap Maze Buff of 10% EXP Gain Increase
   • Accessible areas with two portals will be opened including The Fortress and now the Abyss Stage 3 Map
   
   • The Abyss Stage 3 : Only faction members that seized the Dragon Trap Maze can enter. Faction members is also able to enter the ‘Daseba Temple’ via The Abyss Stage3
   • The chance to seize the Dragon Trap Maze comes in approximately 3 hours and 30 mins from the time it was seized.
   • If the another faction seized the Dragon Trap Maze previous faction members without the Fortress remaining time and had previous Abyss Stage 3 access will return to their faction respective main town area.
   • Factions will have to be alert to claim or reclaim the seized Dragon Trap Maze within the Yanggok Valley PVP area.
   UPDATE: 8/19/2021
   The Bloody Demon Village zone is currently closed and cannot be entered due to some reported issues with some of the items being bugged. If you try and enter Bloody Demon Village Zone it will DISCONNECT you in game and might need to reset your log status.
   
   If you encounter a "Account in use" Error send us a support ticket and we will reset your log in status and will require a restart of your PC in some cases so it's best to not enter the Bloody Demon Village until further notice. The Bloody Demon Village zone is currently closed and cannot be entered due to some reported issues with some of the items being bugged. If you try and enter Bloody Demon Village Zone it will DISCONNECT you in game

 

60 FPS and 4k monitor support or Game UI scale ingame would be appreciated!

 

It would be great to see more focus on expanding the end-game content and diversifying the character progression paths. Adding more interactive community events or group-based challenges could really help bring more life into the world. Also, some quality-of-life improvements to the UI would go a long way in making the overall experience smoother for veteran players.

Looking forward to seeing where the development team takes the game next!

 

Make Premium Service feels PREMIUM

Like add special drops that can be loot in regular maps such as ;

Island of Blood Key
Island of Souls Keys
V2 Upgrade Stones
Gold and Silver Stone
Genuine Jade
Elixirs

Justification : Premium Service cost 890RP and what we only get is not really equivalent on what it cost. Once player reached G12R12 it is not really worth to buy premium service since the only special drop you can get there is just the Accessory Upgrade Stone.

I believe if this can be integrated with premium service then it will be worth to purchase even if player already reached max level.
