how do i fix this? it's been a day trying to resolve this issue could someone help me. already re-installed the game.
Thank you for understanding definitely still working on some of the server issues that is affecting all our games at the moment but the network developers are making some progress on preventing DDoS attacks from other games as well as Twelve Sky 2. Thank you, RedFox Support Got that msg from Support seems like were facing some ddos attacks, thats probably the reason why many ppl got that red bar issue.
I thought it was only me, i was using 2 laptop both having the same issue. i wasn't aware, they didn't announce it. Thank you btw Darook
We are aware of the situation now and have informed the developers to get the issue sorted. We appreciate the response and will continue to make adjustment to prevent the issue
Yes the login servers are currently back up. Could you try to log back in again or restart your PC since sometimes when disconnection occurs it does not close out the game client completely.
