Server Maintenance: 10/26/21 | Patch 268-269 [COMPLETE]

Dear Nine Dragons Community,

The servers will undergo maintenance and server update on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, starting at 18:00 server time. The downtime will be approximately 3 hours.

Reason:

• Routine server checks.
• Halloween event will begin. You can find full event details here.
• A function has been added to block the characters from entering the dungeons while in PvP combat status.
• Rename Quest Storage to Warehouse. A Warehouse which can only be accessed by one character. A Warehouse Expansion (30 Days) must be active to use the additional tabs.
• Improved the tooltips for Comrade, Hero Band, Character Info, Skills, and Weapon skills UI.
• Modified the level requirement of Infinite Dark Soul Bracers.
• Fixed an issue where the decorative wardrobe setting doesn't change costume effects in Costume Gallery when the checkbox is unchecked/checked.
• Added a security feature to certain dungeons to prevent exploits. If you attempt to enter a dungeon too many times in less than, say, 60 seconds, your account will be flagged for 3600 seconds, and repeated dungeon entry attempts will extend the lockout period. The maximum penalty time is 86400 seconds. Vault of Rising Dragon (Liaodong), King Jin (Tibet), Black Temple (Tibet), Icy Dungeon (North Sea Icy Palace), East/West Temple, Infinite Dungeon, and Event Dungeon are not affected by this feature. (On a side note, no one should be completing any dungeon in less than 60 seconds)

Known Issues:
Some players are getting flagged even though they are doing full runs and/or following our protocol. Party mode seems to flagged your character for some odd reasons. The devs have acknowledged and will find a solution by the next scheduled maintenance. For the time being, it is recommended to do solo runs in dungeons that have the security features added. We have a list of locked-out characters and will manually unlock the flagged once we receive our tools. (case-by-case depending on our data)
