Sealed Scrolls/Exocores

    Where do I get these sealed scrolls and exocores from? I have this one and I forgot where I got it from. And they aren't available in the Frozen Lake chests as far as I know, but they're required for the Ice Spirit items in the chests

    thanks. though I wish they were available in the frozen lake chest for convenience sake :(
