Other then that 1,100 RC cost this would be an ideal scroll for all players, mooners, 1v1ers, teamers, etc. Unless Redfox finds a way to mess this up, I'm definately buying. - Support

Not sure if you're trolling, Tengu. Besides the following image, Rekka is pretty weak, but the options make up for it's damage ; it has 2 knockbacks (PPPP, KP), 2 launchers (P KG P, KKP), 2 fencers (P GK K, KKKKK), and 2 special combos (PPK charged, KK KG), with a groundhit and backgrab. After Mystic Arts was released, we have to be careful about what we call "balanced"

You failed to catch that it also had 2 dodges/cross-ups, a reversal counter /w a special stationary animation that's faster than Inner Fire's, a Pakuakwon-like guard crusher, and 3 fencers, not 2. The thing that a lot of people misunderstand about Five Animals is that it actually only has 3 different punch combos since both start after either the 1st or 2nd confirmation punch and have the same ending options. The most combos on a scroll to date are Muhon's + Five Animals with 3p-3k and Sumo + Inferno with 2p-4k. Rekka is 4/5p-4k. This scroll is way oversaturated with tech and combos yet none of them are the Rekkaken. http://streetfighter.wikia.com/wiki/Rekkaken As for Mystic Arts for all its increased difficulty to master & difficulty to use only does an extra 200dmg than other big hitter scrolls.
