Remove Budhha state of target

What does it mean and what does the skill do? is it worth leveling?

 

Before skill revamp, it used to remove the last buff of the player your fighting.

Now days I'm not sure.

 

Still the same. Some hybs use it in PK to remove for example the FWD buff of the opponent. But this can be easily avoided by using some unecessary buffs last

 

currently, my hybrid is too low to check the skill/scenario, BUT ... I thought the skill works on some bosses. For example Queen in Icy; the skill (I thought) removes her (HP & VE) leach-blocking skill.
Am I completely out-to-lunch on that ?

 

Na for that u need decrease hp/ve.
So far i havent seen that it worked on any boss.
