Notice Regarding Macro, Third-Party Program Usage, and Bug Exploit Penalties

Hello Heroes,

We would like to provide an update regarding reports and enforcement actions related to the use of macros, third-party programs, or other unauthorized methods that may provide an unfair advantage in the game.

Until now, when we received reports from players, our team manually reviewed the submitted videos and compared them with our internal logs to determine whether cheating or abnormal gameplay behavior had occurred. Since this process required us to review and compare many different types of logs, it often took a significant amount of time before a final decision could be made.

Recently, with the help of AI-assisted analysis, we are now able to review a larger amount of log data more efficiently and identify players whose gameplay patterns may violate our rules. This allows us to take stronger and faster action against players who use macros, third-party programs, or similar unfair methods.

However, we do not rely solely on AI analysis to issue permanent bans. Reports submitted by players are still extremely important. If you witness suspicious gameplay, please upload the video to YouTube and submit a ticket to us. We will compare the reported videos + images with our internal logs and AI-assisted analysis. If the evidence matches and confirms a violation, appropriate action, including permanent ban, may be taken.

Any dispute will not be accepted unless it can disprove the server logs, as no claim will be considered more reliable than our log data.

When submitting a report, please include the following information:

• Date and Time of the Incident:
• Description of the Situation:

Providing an accurate date and approximate server time is very important, as it allows us to locate and review the relevant logs quickly. A clear description of the situation is also extremely helpful for both our internal review and AI-assisted analysis.

With this information, our team can compare the video and logs much more efficiently and take action more quickly when a violation is confirmed.

Lastly, due to a sincere request we received, we will not hold players responsible for past actions only if they come forward before June 1, 2026, and before their account is banned.

We will continue doing our best to maintain a fair gaming environment for all players.

That's unfair. Cheating is cheating. The only difference is whether or not another player has reported it. Why aren't you dealing with cheating? If you're giving players who haven't been reported a chance to avoid a ban, then you should also lift the bans on players who have been reported. Ban all cheating players or lift all bans.

 

and why ban players instead of fixing bugs? so player is mistake on game bug?

Pursuant to Section 2.2, “Code of Conduct,” of the RedFox Games Terms of Use, users are prohibited from exploiting “errors in design,” undocumented features, or bugs to obtain access or any competitive advantage. The same section also prohibits the use of macros, macroing software, auto-looting, robot play/botting, scripting, or any other behavior that allows a character to automatically function or perform in-game actions, with or without the user’s presence.

In addition, pursuant to Section 10.1, “Termination,” RedFox Games reserves the right, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate a user’s account and the Terms of Use if the user violates the Terms of Use, the End User License Agreement, or any applicable Game Rules and Policies.

Accordingly, gameplay involving bug exploitation, macros, botting, scripting, or other automated gameplay tools constitutes a violation of the RedFox Games Terms of Use and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or permanent account termination.

 

The AI is analyzing whether your gameplay was normal by reviewing the reported video timeframe, your item usage logs during that timeframe, including the use of Repel Weapon, as well as the number of DistanceError and Attack Flag: random error code occurrences in the game logs.

Normally, these types of abnormal logs do not appear for regular players. However, when abnormal gameplay occurs, these logs are always recorded.

In addition, if item acquisition or attack counts occur at the exact same timestamp, this is also flagged.

If you believe that we are banning accounts without sufficient evidence, then you will need to explain why these issues are occurring on your end.

* DistanceError occurs when the server detects that the distance between the character, target, and action does not match what should be possible under normal gameplay conditions. A single DistanceError may occur due to temporary lag or sync issues, but multiple DistanceError logs within a short time frame, especially without any Repel item usage, indicate abnormal gameplay behavior rather than a normal item effect.

* Attack Flag: random error code occurrences refer to repeated values that do not match the normal attack or status flow expected by the server during the attack process.​

GM why you ban some of players that they don't cheat? they are just accusing some strong player that they cant kill. .they farm and now they are strong and enemy lose then they report and redfox ban them for no reason

 

GM good day, investigate first before banning people. .some people are just accusing when they lose in pvp. .9years of playing no use of cheats and when someone report you you will ban

 

We do not issue bans based on log data alone unless the findings match our established suspicious activity criteria. In addition, we only proceed with a ban when the player report is consistent with our AI-based log analysis.

We also do not conduct investigations based on simple or vague reports. A review is only initiated when the report includes specific and concrete information. After reviewing the report together with the relevant logs, we proceed with enforcement only when both the report details and the log analysis support the same conclusion.

 

Sorry, I'm crazy.
But any act of fraud is fraud, so why are some people punished while others aren't? Some even get acquitted if they confess before June. Meanwhile, there are cases where someone records a video for you as evidence to prove the fraud, helping you complete your AI training data (if any), and you still say they'll be punished???

The most important thing is to fix that stupid shadow and LOS spot, because you wake up with that next to you and you don't know where it came from, it's pretty bad like that.

 

Give us a chance. This is the game we crave and are most passionate about. Please find a way to prevent your game from being exploited with macros, instead of just locking accounts.

 

We need help, not account suspension.

 

Listen and understand, be someone who knows how to play the game. You use AI to scrutinize us, but we have no protection or rights at all. That is a brutal monopoly.
