Reduce skill cooldown and reduce skill recast

    May I ask whether the Reduce Skill cool down and reduce skill recast is the same?
    The reason I ask is because I see 2 separate stats about these 2 attribute

    Some relic has these 2 attribute in the same but some orns only have skill cooldown
    Fox relic: has both skill cooldown and recast

    Orn "spring aura soul talisman" only have skill cooldown reduction

    recast time and cooldown would be the same thing but

    its actually cast time not recast time. just written error

    So basically cast time reduction means you buff/nuke quicker.
    cooldown reduction means less time in between use of buffs/nukes so you can do it more often.

    I think it is best for us to revise the Character Window (C) text for the 2 stats in question as well.

    Recast Time = is actually casting speed
    Cooldown = is actually cooltime

    Conclusion what is the best-translated text in your opinion?

    I think Cast time & Cooldown would be fine. It pretty much explains itself.

    I think the only confusion comes from the word 'recast' in there currently and with it corrected to cast time everyone should be able to understand that.

    Plus the words are similar in size so should fit well in the C window.

    reduce crit damage or crit rate?
    and block rate?
    reduce damage or block damage?
    dodge physic,chi kung
    any idea ? 10,000 = 1%? 10%?
    that's like evade,avoid attack?
    how much is max?

    physic-chi kung balance?
    how is that work?
    spear 30-wheel 15
    how much is max?
    scale?
    YYSB damage and resistance?
    straight damage to life?
    any ratio ?

    and create rate every item ?
    why not showing all?

    when rf update kl set effect?
