I understand that we are currently playing in Open Beta and that involves fixing remaining glitches/bugs and such, however, if we continue to get disconnected like that out of nowhere, without any LIVE support, you will not end up far with us. You want our money? The community must be retarded to spend not even ONE DOLLAR with this type of customer service. When something goes wrong, YOU MUST BE THERE, YOU MUST STEP IN AND TAKE ACTION, we are losing our patience with you GM's and we did not start all over again from scratch just to pay for a terrifying customer service.
