Recent Lag/Crash Issue [CHECK HERE BEFORE POSTING]

    Hello everyone,

    Terribly sorry to hear a good handful of you have been lagging and/or crashing. We've contacted the developers and IT team regarding this, and we were told no changes were made that should have caused this issue, but they are investigating.

    We are well aware of all the threads that exist and (will exist), so if you are experiencing one of the issues here, post here instead of creating a new thread.

    We'll do our best to update when we can, but here is a non-exhaustive list of the connection issues some players have noted:
    • Lagging in game with other players
    • Seeing players with 2 bars-connection
    • Game crashes after the intro video

    Our support team's immediate suggestions are to:
    • Restart your computer
    • Make sure to close all background programs or processes
    • Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\PlayRedFox\RumbleFighter
    • Launch RumbleLauncher to force your client to patch
    • Allow Rumble Fighter and Gameguard in any anti-virus you may use
    • Run Rumble Fighter in Administrator mode.
    New players or old players, please make sure your client is up-to-date with the latest version.

    Update:
    Hello! Server will be opening at 16:30 PDT (Approx. 3 minutes from now.)

    Please force your client to patch, and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Update II:
    Hello! Hello! I bring good news!

    We have been notified that a fix has arrived! For all players experiencing the issue regarding:
    • Game crashing after introduction video
    Please patch your clients now! You can do so by right clicking your Rumble Fighter icon and opening the file location. Then locate RumbleLauncher and double click on it! Please test it now and let us know ASAP if the problem is still there.

    Can you confirm this new scroll cause to the player into gmode/lag? because it happened to volador before.

    Cannot confirm. We'll see how this server reset goes. Can you tell me about this Volador lag? Did it also cause serverwide issues on/around release date?

    It didn't result in a serverwide lag, just caused players to lag/god mode when having Volador equipped.

    Hopefully the maintenance will fix some issues.

    Cant remember when it was. I think it was last year before shadow released.
    When you equipped Volador it make you gmode so hard.
    It might be similar to this new scroll? because i switched another scroll its perfect not even lag at all but using new scroll everyone complaint that i lag out no where.

    I don't believe the new scroll has the same lag when equipped as Volador. I remember Volador's being pretty extreme. I haven't seen any lag from Tekkyon users.

    IF you are still experiencing connectivity issue caused by Tuesday (May 17) maintenance, please post here with with which issue you are experiencing in detail, and any other additional information (Windows version, etc.).

    Absolutely no need to post personal information or your IGN.

    My friend still can't log into his new account, still closes out after intro. No other program is running, windows 10 is the OS.

    Looks like the crash-after-intro video is a recurring issue for NEW players. We are investigating this currently. Will update when we can.
