Why hasn’t RedFox reworked the 9Dragons concept yet? It’s become a pure pay-to-play game. Even private 9Dragons servers have more active players than the official one. Ever wondered why? The answer is simple: private servers give free-to-play users a real chance to achieve the same things as paying players—without spending insane amounts of money. A bigger player base also means that tradable Item Mall items like 9Dragons Premium circulate much more in-game, which ends up generating even more profit. Private servers make tens of thousands of dollars or euros monthly using this concept, while RedFox 9Dragons is steadily losing its player base to them. Instead of running the same events over and over and squeezing the last few loyal players, maybe it’s time to rethink the whole strategy. Good luck...
I really like your point of view! It would definitely be interesting to give F2P players a real chance to achieve the same things as P2W players. But before that, I believe RedFox should fix a few core issues—starting with improving the support team that handles tickets. What's the point of replying with a "thank you for your message" if no real action is ever taken? I’ve read the rules about players abusing third-party programs, and yet those same players are still farming 24/7 in Kunlun—whether using solo autobots or running macros with two characters at once. If the reason RedFox avoids making events where F2P players have a real chance is because of the abuse by these autobots, then why not invest in fixing that? Every new event is always the same: upgraded relics or a new version of existing ones. To be fair, there was one event that stood out as more balanced for F2P players—the one where you could get the MB8 set and the new earring. It was possible to farm the materials (which is how I managed to get mine). It was time-consuming, yes, and could’ve been easier, but at least it felt fair. Now it’s just the same formula every time: always pay-to-win. It’s exhausting. Open your eyes, RedFox—you have a loyal player base between 25 and 40 years old, people who’ve stuck with 9Dragons for years. The same people asking for attention are the ones filling your pockets and keeping your 20-something employees busy.

Hi @[CM]NineArts, There seems to be a bug with RTD quest. I cannot auto teleport to the RTD location like before even for a low level character. Could you please check or let us know if this is a permanent feature from now on. Thank you.
