NOTICE Progress on Hacking Sanctions and Security Policy Reinforcement

We are providing an update on our ongoing large-scale investigation and sanctions regarding hacking activities that compromise the fairness of our gaming environment.

1) Real-time Monitoring and Rigorous Manual Verification
With advancements in AI, we are now able to classify Suspicious Activity in near real-time. While our detection system boasts an accuracy rate of 99.99% for high-level threats, we are manually reviewing every single log to ensure that no innocent player is wrongly affected.

To date, we have completed reviews for approximately 600 accounts, with 300 more currently under investigation. Once this backlog is cleared, we will transition to a daily real-time review cycle for all new suspicious activities. We appreciate your patience as we conduct this meticulous verification process.

2) Strict Policy on Item and Carat Forfeiture
During this process, a significant number of accounts have been banned. Based on the severity of the violation, some accounts may be unbanned under the following strict conditions:

Core Policy on Security Violations: Once an account is involved in hacking, all items and Carats held—regardless of whether they were acquired legitimately or not—are subject to total deletion for a period ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the severity.

The fact that these accounts retain access at all is the maximum leniency we can offer. This measure allows users to preserve their past memories rather than facing an immediate, permanent ban. However, for severe cases, we will implement IP bans and track any newly created accounts to ensure total exclusion from our community.

3) Positive Impact: Growth through Fairness
While some predicted a decline in the player base due to these strict measures, we have seen the opposite. Since establishing a fairer gaming environment, our active player count has increased by approximately 20%. The community is now showing a much more stable and healthy atmosphere. We believe this is a direct result of our loyal players supporting a just and transparent operating environment.

4) Experimental Reopening of Disabled Guild Functions

As our hacking management system stabilizes, we are planning to experimentally reopen the currently disabled Guild functions. However, to prevent any further abuse, we are introducing a Strict Collective Responsibility policy. If hacking occurs within a guild, we will not only sanction the specific account involved but also track and penalize all associated accounts linked to the incident.

We will closely monitor the situation during this experimental phase. Our goal is to provide a vibrant community space while ensuring that no guild can be used as a tool for unfair advantages.

You realize there's really no point in reading anything you guys put out?. You don't stand by it, and really all you're doing is making posts tryna trick people into thinking you're actually trying to bring the game back..
How many years have y'all owned it and you JUST NOW wanna start doing something?. You didn't do nothing prior to everyone experiencing a terrible gaming platform on your end.. Why would you do anything different now?.

You guys just better off telling the rest of the slow players the truth who keep buying into your "box rotation" updates and "events" that y'all aren't really doing anything, you don't plan on doing anything and you really only plan on repeating the same box and boss mode rotations and recycling more of the same combos and items and just changing the price from carats to rc..

Your current spender event going on now literally has rc prizes you guys gave away for carats.. How is that not a scam?. And ANYONE can literally go back in all your spender posts (unless you go delete them after this) and see what I said is very true..


Oh and don't worry you don't need to answer anything that was asked here, most of it was rhetorical.. I know you ppl aren't going to do anything to compensate the terrible things players had to go through because y'all was too lazy to stop hackers before..

 

You guys are going to reopen the guild feature when to test it? Will it be this week? Or in a month or is there a specific time?

 

If there's no point in reading anything they put out why have I seen you crying faging on multiple post that they put out? If you been having such a terrible experience why you still playing (you that addicted)? If I owned this game I woulda just told you to ** off with your slow ass since you think you know everything anyways. At this point you just biching for the sake of biching.

 

This is one of the most boilerplate and soulless responses a company could make lol.

But if you want an idea, here's two issues for newer players:
-EXP rate sucks
-Carat rate sucks (except with Silver Britishes)

You could host events that give out free Cheshire Cats and have double carats for playing at certain times/modes. Since you can't up the actual base rate of XP and Carats yourself (I know that's probably Nimonix) you could at least give events to speed things up for people.

Make boss mode rewarding for solos also.

Yall are comedians you're literally selling illegal loot boxes and not disclosing what items or rates are in the new boxes also while giving temp items you can't give temp items in a loot box that costs REAL money ur whole game is run on illegal practices but you guys want to act like you're above everyone else if anything you guys are the biggest hackers on this game scamming your playerbase with these boxes and horrible rates just to spend 100 dollars and get 20 30 day scrolls which shouldn't be legal by the way but your game is dead so no one cares enough to report it
