Can You ask for a little tweak on Daily? Instead of receiving the rewards one by one, I would like to be able to collect only the ones I want.
What about the Crimson boxes? As far as I remember, those boxes were to be removed (are removed) from the game beginning of 2021. We are in March and we still have the Crimson boxes as a reward for being online for 250 hours. GMs, could you please check that? Many thanks in advance.

I'm a new player coming back, I'm looking for a weapon for my character and somehow I'm not getting the ingredients I marked in the picture, maybe I didn't hit the get it button , now how do i get it. I need it for the weapon I need. Thanks for reading, I don't know where to post, if you know please help me.
Please send in a support ticket in regards to this issue. Also you might have already received the reward for those hours before they changed.
