To eliminate ongoing abuse that has severely damaged the game environment, we have implemented an AI-based detection system capable of identifying and blocking over 99% of hacking and macro-related activity. Except you have now banned accounts that have done none of those things. Banned accounts that have been giving proof to GM's for months now and have had nothing done about it. Your AI has failed.
hi there, i believe there are some reversals that you have to make, apparently the AI has banned actual players that are playing the game fairly and left the hackers untouched. this is very very troubling.
we already have very little fair players left, most of them have left to the new 12 sky 2 releases other companies have launched, if you do not handle this well. all you have left would be the hackers that have somehow bypassed your AI. for example YUUNO IS STILL PLAYING AND HE IS NOT BANNED.. he is known for speed hacking, teleport hacking, range attacking hacking, he can attack the shields with katana from our teleport spawn and his buffing is instantaneous. i have video evidences HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HE IS NOT BANNED? tbe most well known hacker in our community, who has abused this game for his benefits.
I think yuuno HolyDance sureBUYER can bypass your AI detector in games. he still using it and abusing it. sorry to say but some of player that playing fair has been banned by your AI...
I kinda agree to this. I may be from other game but there were also bans that occur even on an account that didn't killed a single mob for nearly a year. Their AI detected it as botting.
do they even care about this game? their posts/updates are like automated and they never reply even a single word, now finally they did something good and it doesnt work well , guess its another year/s before they will fix that xD
server is already dead, why try now. the community was so vocal about hacking for years and years. now theres maybe 10 players max, you try and fix it? noones coming back to this sh*thole
